當前我(wo)國還不具(ju)備一套規模化的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)體系來對弱(ruo)電工(gong)(gong)程進(jin)行檢(jian)驗審核,但是通過技術人員的(de)(de)不懈努力,目前我(wo)國各個省份都相繼(ji)推出檢(jian)驗審核標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。例如(ru)上(shang)海(hai)推出的(de)(de)“智能(neng)建筑施(shi)工(gong)(gong)與驗收規范(DG/TJ08-601-2001)”,利(li)用該項(xiang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)為今后(hou)的(de)(de)弱(ruo)電工(gong)(gong)程進(jin)行查(cha)驗,且以上(shang)提(ti)到的(de)(de)查(cha)驗規范又包括六項(xiang)針對子系統(tong)的(de)(de)查(cha)驗標(biao)(biao)準(zhun),具(ju)體審查(cha)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)如(ru)下:
1)對機(ji)電設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)路鋪(pu)設(she)(she)及(ji)接(jie)(jie)地設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)(yan)。該項(xiang)(xiang)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)(yan)工(gong)作是對以上提到的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)電設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各項(xiang)(xiang)設(she)(she)置(zhi)進行的(de)(de)(de)(de)全方(fang)位規(gui)范(fan)。例如工(gong)作人員(yuan)在對各線(xian)(xian)路鋪(pu)設(she)(she)過程中要以各設(she)(she)備(bei)系統(tong)(tong)、電流及(ji)電壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)不同對線(xian)(xian)路進行分槽、分管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋪(pu)設(she)(she);確保均壓環、防雷(lei)引下線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊接(jie)(jie)質量(liang)達標(biao)。以上提到的(de)(de)(de)(de)各工(gong)程系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)(she)置(zhi)管(guan)理都(dou)是確保弱(ruo)電系統(tong)(tong)精準順利運(yun)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)核心工(gong)程,因此工(gong)作人員(yuan)必(bi)須做好每項(xiang)(xiang)環節(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)(yan),根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)程預設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)相應查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)(yan)準則進行檢測,至于工(gong)程對個別(bie)子(zi)系統(tong)(tong)有(you)特殊(shu)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)環節(jie),工(gong)作人員(yuan)需(xu)要對其制定(ding)有(you)針對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)驗(yan)(yan)收標(biao)準。

3)通(tong)訊(xun)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)。該檢(jian)(jian)測過程(cheng)主要圍(wei)繞通(tong)訊(xun)設(she)(she)施的(de)實際安裝、整(zheng)體布線(xian)的(de)操作(zuo)、子設(she)(she)備(bei)的(de)調配(pei)(pei)以及整(zheng)體工程(cheng)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)等(deng)項目展(zhan)開。技術(shu)人員對以上提(ti)到的(de)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)對象進行(xing)(xing)嚴格的(de)標(biao)準規(gui)范,主要是對通(tong)信自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)的(de)外圍(wei)設(she)(she)施進行(xing)(xing)標(biao)準規(gui)定。這些自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)各(ge)類配(pei)(pei)件(jian)組裝調配(pei)(pei)都要根據(ju)智能化(hua)建筑體系(xi)查(cha)(cha)驗(yan)規(gui)定的(de)第二部分(fen)進行(xing)(xing)系(xi)統(tong)檢(jian)(jian)測與審(shen)核。
4)火災(zai)(zai)等(deng)突(tu)發災(zai)(zai)難自動(dong)報(bao)警(jing)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)查(cha)驗。該(gai)待查(cha)驗系(xi)(xi)統主(zhu)要包括(kuo)火災(zai)(zai)預測(ce)分析、啟動(dong)報(bao)警(jing)、聯運控制三(san)部分,并且(qie)工作人員對以上三(san)部分系(xi)(xi)統的(de)整體調配以及對其子系(xi)(xi)統如報(bao)警(jing)控制器、樓層顯(xian)示器等(deng)系(xi)(xi)統進(jin)行精準(zhun)(zhun)安裝、調試等(deng)管理工作,對以上設施(shi)的(de)聯動(dong)調試檢測(ce)等(deng)環節都(dou)是(shi)檢測(ce)該(gai)報(bao)警(jing)系(xi)(xi)統是(shi)否(fou)符合(he)規定標準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)必要條件。
